Hotel Reservations.
SampleCon is pleased to offer a discounted group rate at The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee for all registered attendees. As close to nature’s perfection as you can get, yet not far from Atlanta, The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee is one of the most luxurious lakeside resorts in Georgia, a place where lodge-like charm, world-class accommodations and highly personalized service create an unforgettable experience. All SampleCon events will take place in the hotel.
The discounted group rate is $329 plus tax, per night for one king bed or two double beds and is available from Sunday, March 10, 2024 through Wednesday, March 12, 2024. Please note: The group rate is only guaranteed until Friday, February 9, 2024.
Based on hotel availability, our discounted group rate is available for the 3 days prior and 3 days immediately following the conference. If you have any questions or would like to extend your stay at the Langham, please contact info@samplecon.com for assistance with reserving the additional days once you have made your reservation.
The pre-negotiated complimentary resort fee includes:
- overnight valet parking for one vehicle per room, per night
- enhanced guest room internet access for multiple devices.
- use of the Reynolds tennis court (reservations required)
- scheduled daily morning fitness class (i.e. yoga/Pilates)
- use of specialized brand bicycles
- use of non-motorized lake activities (kayaks, Yolo boards, etc.)
- dock and bank side fishing in Lake Oconee
