We look forward to seeing you at SampleCon 2025. Below you will find all of our rates for the US conference. Please note, everyone must be registered to attend SampleCon – badges will be required and checked throughout the conference and to access all networking events during the event.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your registration within 72 hours of payment. A $75 administrative fee will be deducted from your registration amount if canceled. Registrations are transferable up to the Friday before the conference start on March 15, 2025. There is no administrative fee for a transferred registration however it can only be transferred once. If you need to transfer your registration, please email our conference team at info@samplecon.com.
