Submission Guidelines & Agreement, please confirm the following:

I (and any additional speakers submitted) are available to speak at SampleCon between March 16-18, 2026

I understand that sessions cannot include promotional or sales content

I will submit all presentation materials by the deadline given to me by SampleCon.

I understand all speakers are required to register for SampleCon [Speakers are guaranteed the early bird registration rate of $1,550]

I understand that SampleCon reserves the right to adjust panel composition to include additional valuable perspectives.

All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. Video submissions must be under 3 minutes. As a reminder, speaking proposals and presentations cannot include or be sales pitches. Submissions must be received by 11:59pm Central on December 1, 2025.
