SampleCon’s cornerstone live event will be held May 16-18, 2022 returning this year to The Langham in Pasadena, California. We look forward to gathering, sharing, and debating perspectives on industry challenges, trends and successes in a collaborative environment. SampleCon provides the opportunity for global leaders across our industry to have transparent exchanges of information and ideas that  facilitate the evolution of access to consumer data and engagement. 

 SampleCon remains committed to the health and safety of all our attendees. We are staying up to date on the City of Pasadena and CDC Covid guidelines and will communicate as we get closer should any precautions be needed during the conference. As we did previously, SampleCon will utilize the ample outdoor space at the Langham for meals and networking events and provide a multi-colored bracelet system to allow each attendee the opportunity to easily communicate their personal comfort in close interaction.

Cancellation Policy: 

You may cancel your registration within 72 hours of payment. A $75 administrative fee will be deducted from your registration amount if canceled. Registrations are transferable up to the start of the conference on July 16, 2022. There is no administrative fee for a transferred registration. NEW FOR 2022 SampleCon Live will begin our general session content on Monday, May 16th at 2pm.  We encourage attendees to arrive early and utilize Monday as additional networking and private meeting time. SampleCon will have rooms available to reserve in addition to all of the available space at the hotel.

In addition, On Wednesday, May 18th, we will introduce our new Industry Stakeholder Day from 8am – 11am. This time will be dedicated to smaller group conversations around deeper dives on pressing topics & our data ecosystem as well as , in-person discussions with consumers. This is a great opportunity to learn, debate, ask questions and network in a more relaxed setting.
